TITAN is a modular direct-drive blast-wheel family spanning light through heavy-duty wheel-blast applications. The range emphasizes standardized housings, rapid access to wear parts and configurable performance for cleaning, descaling, peening and forging operations.
| Drive | Direct drive |
|---|---|
| Duty range | Light to heavy duty |
| Maximum listed motor power | 55 kW |
| Applications | Cleaning, descaling, peening and forging |
| Housing | Standardized modular design |
| Maintenance | Single-person service listed for heavy-duty version |
| Wear-part option | Cast or tool-steel parts by configuration |
| Retrofit | Drop-in upgrade arrangements available |
TITAN 15 Smart is positioned for less demanding work with lower-cost cast wear parts. Other TITAN configurations cover light-to-medium production and heavy-duty blasting up to the listed 55 kW motor power.
Because TITAN is a family, motor, wheel diameter, wear package and abrasive delivery must be tied to the selected variant rather than assumed across the range.
The wheel uses flow-oriented abrasive pre-acceleration and controlled throw-off speed to direct blast energy toward the workpiece. These features are intended to stabilize coverage while limiting unnecessary abrasive and energy demand.
Direct drive and accessible hot-zone components shorten access for inspection and replacement. The manufacturer documents single-person maintenance for the heavy-duty version and longer intervals when tool-steel wear parts are selected.
Standardized housing and modular components allow retrofit into selected legacy installations and later component upgrades. Compatibility requires checking mounting geometry, rotation, motor power, abrasive type, control interface and machine guarding.
