Wheelabrator SmartLine cabinets are available as 1290S and 1514S suction-fed models, and 1290P and 1514P pressure-fed models. The range combines an enclosed manual work area with integrated dust collection and abrasive separation.

The S models are intended for less aggressive treatments such as cosmetic finishing and mould cleaning. The P models address more demanding work, including removal of rust or heat scale and surface texturing. Both configurations can be used for cleaning and preparation before painting, bonding or plating.
The cabinet incorporates a reverse-pulse dust collector and cyclone separation system. The pressure-fed configuration adds a magnetised screen to the abrasive-recycling arrangement. An adjustable feed system regulates abrasive delivery.
The pressure setting can be adjusted from the operator position. The viewing window and elliptical glove openings accommodate operators of different heights, while ventilation supports visibility in the working enclosure.
The 1290S and 1514S feature an automatically pulsed dust collector, adjustable duplex media feed and an electrically interlocked door. Model identity and feed configuration should be recorded together when comparing these machines with the 1290P and 1514P.
