MEP SmartFilter is a configurable stationary filtration platform for dry industrial dust, including metal grinding, metal cutting, shot blasting and general collection duties. Standard and Ex variants are available with system airflow up to 10,500 m³/h.

The platform is intended for dry particulate generated by grinding, cutting, blasting and other process sources. Its configurable layout lets airflow and collection equipment be matched to a specific plant.
The documented family maximum is 10,500 m³/h. Actual operating airflow depends on duct resistance, source capture, filter loading and fan selection rather than the nominal family limit alone.
The range includes MEP SmartFilter and MEP SmartFilter Ex. Combustible-dust suitability is not automatic across every unit; the complete supplied arrangement and site protection concept must be verified.
A final system requires contaminant testing, airflow calculation, duct sizing, discharge planning and maintenance access. For combustible dust, isolation, venting or suppression and zoning must be designed as part of the installation.
