WEBER TTSC is a compact modular machine for deburring, edge rounding, descaling, slag removal and surface finishing of laser-cut, punched and nibbled parts. Up to three stations can combine multiple operations within one footprint.
| Machine type | Dry sanding and deburring machine |
|---|---|
| Workpiece thickness | 0.8–100 mm |
| Processing stations | Up to 3 |
| Primary parts | Laser-cut, punched and nibbled sheet |
| Processes | Deburring, edge rounding, descaling, slag removal and finishing |
| Contact-roller hardness | 40–90 Shore |
| R2 speed range | 850–1,700 rpm |
| P2 slag-hammer speed | 300–1,280 rpm |
Up to three stations can be arranged for sequential removal, rounding and finishing. This allows a part to pass through rough deburring and a secondary brush or planetary stage without a separate machine.
The rubber-coated contact roller is lowered below the preset workpiece thickness to generate controlled grinding pressure. It supports rough grinding, surface finishing and removal of heavy fused laser spatter.
Roller hardnesses from 40 to 90 Shore and electric positioning allow the station to be matched to the workpiece and abrasive belt.
The R2 multi-rotation brush uses paired intermeshing brushes for uniform treatment of internal and external edges, including coated sheet where preserving the surface layer is important.
The P2 planetary slag-hammer configuration attacks plasma or oxy-fuel slag before downstream deburring, reducing load on later tools.
Station order, abrasive, brush profile and pressure must be set around material, coating, burr height and finish target. Quick-access tool change supports frequent product changes, while extraction capacity must match the selected dry process.
