LBR SmartFilter is a modular reverse-air baghouse for continuous-duty collection in woodworking, agriculture, recycling, paper, plastics and bulk-material processes. Positive- or negative-pressure fan layouts and four discharge concepts cover light through heavy dust loading.
| Filter type | Reverse-air baghouse |
|---|---|
| Maximum airflow | 500,000 m³/h (300,000 ft³/min) |
| Duty | Continuous operation |
| Fan arrangements | Positive-pressure or negative-pressure |
| Base models | LBR-C, LBR-S, LBR-B and LBR-R |
| Heavy-dust discharge | Chain conveyor, screw conveyor or rotary valve |
| Light-dust discharge | Collection bins |
| Monitoring | IIoT-ready platform |
The modular baghouse scales to the documented 500,000 m³/h family limit. Typical sectors include furniture and panel production, sawmills, seed handling, recycling, paper, plastics and other bulk-material processes.
Dust volume, bulk density, flow behavior and downstream disposal determine the appropriate hopper and discharge system.
| LBR-C | Chain conveyor for heavy dust |
|---|---|
| LBR-S | Screw conveyor for heavy dust |
| LBR-B | Discharge bins for light dust |
| LBR-R | Rotary valve for heavy dust |
The family supports overpressure and vacuum fan layouts. Return-air duct components are available for LBR and LBR-C configurations, but air recirculation requires contaminant and regulatory review.
The documented range includes arrangements designed around ATEX and NFPA combustible-dust requirements. Compliance depends on the configured collector, isolation, venting, controls, ductwork and site assessment; it cannot be inferred from the LBR name alone.
