WEBER KSV is a flexible industrial sanding platform for particularly large projects and continuous production. Six working-width choices, up to five stations and independent upper and lower frames support calibration, planing, fine sanding and two-sided processing.
| Machine type | Large-format industrial sanding machine |
|---|---|
| Processing stations | Up to 5 |
| Working widths | 6 options |
| Processing direction | Upper and lower frames |
| Duty | Continuous and multi-shift production |
| Contact-roller drive | Up to 160 kW by configuration |
| Planing-shaft diameters | 180 or 240 mm |
| Cross-belt drive | 15 kW |
| Brush drive | Up to 24 kW |
KSV provides six width choices for panel and workpiece formats beyond compact production machines. A separate internal upper frame allows processing from above and below within the selected machine layout.
A planing unit with 180 or 240 mm shaft options can pre-machine solid wood and panel material at high removal rates. Contact rollers provide calibration and pre-sanding before pressure-beam or combination finishing.
Cushion, combination and CBF units address sensitive or high-quality faces. Cross-belt, planetary and brushing stations manage grain direction, edge finish, texture and final cleaning.
The broad width and station range makes KSV configuration-specific. Part support, extraction volume, available motor power, abrasive belt dimensions and upper/lower datum strategy must be confirmed for the installed arrangement.
