The MP 1500 is a CNC-controlled airblast system for shot peening aero-engine and structural components. It combines a numerical loading table, four-axis nozzle robot, closed-loop media regulation and pneumatic recovery for repeatable aerospace processing.

The standard range accepts components up to 1,500 mm diameter by 1,000 mm high and up to 500 kg. The MP 1500 TI XL version extends maximum diameter to 2,000 mm.
A numerical table mounted on a revolving arm supports loading and unloading.
The four-axis robot provides horizontal and vertical strokes up to 1,500 mm with palm and wrist movements of plus or minus 135 degrees. Precision pressure pots regulate pressure and media flow in a closed loop.
The supervision package combines peening-process control with maintenance tools. The listed control choices are Fanuc 16i and Siemens 840 D.
Spent media is returned through a pitless pneumatic recovery system. Classification equipment is selected according to the process media rather than treated as a universal configuration.
The captured specification states process-control compliance with DMP28, MIL S 1365 and AMS 2432. Final conformity remains dependent on the supplied configuration, calibration and production procedure.
