Process and applications

Vaqua cabinets use a wet-blasting process for component cleaning and cosmetic finishing. The application range also includes degreasing and preparing surfaces for bonding or plating. Abrasive selection can include glass beads and softer blasting grits, allowing the process to be matched to the intended finish.

Handling and operator access

An integral turntable supports component handling inside the cabinet. A large viewing window is equipped with water spray and a wiper. Hands-free pump controls and replaceable gloves support manual operation.

Service and configuration

The pump and motor can be removed without first emptying the machine. Wear-resistant pump and process-gun components are part of the cabinet design. Automation is available for the Vaqua 150; it should be treated as a configuration option rather than a feature of every cabinet.
