WEBER PT compact is a standardized sheet-metal sanding and deburring platform for both thin and heavy plate. It combines a compact footprint with contact-roller, multi-rotation brush and planetary-head options for deburring, descaling, edge rounding and finish generation.

The 0.3 to 100 mm thickness range spans light sheet through heavy plate. The standardized platform is aimed at trade and small-scale industrial production that needs repeatable processing without a large custom line.
A rubber-coated contact roller provides controlled stock removal by referencing the preset workpiece thickness. It can perform rough grinding, remove fused laser spatter and produce a directional surface finish.
Different belt types, roller diameters and hardnesses adapt the station to material and finish requirements.
The R2 system uses paired rotating brushes across the working width for internal and external edge rounding. The P2 and P6 planetary systems offer single- or double-row tool layouts and can accept profile discs, wire brushes or slag hammers according to the job.
The compact frame uses the i-Touch operator interface and is designed for direct maintenance access. Final station count, tool set and extraction configuration should be chosen from burr type, coating sensitivity and required edge radius.
