Instructions
1. Clean the platen surface with acetone or isopropyl alcohol to remove any dirt or
debris.
2. Remove the lining from the adhesive back and carefully apply the magnetic base
to the plate. Press firmly to ensure that no bubbles form between the magnetic
base and the platen surface.
3. The platen and magnetic base are now ready to use with any magnetic system
cloths, abrasive discs or ferromagnetic discs.
4. To remove the magnetic base, lift the edge of the base until it completely
separates from the platen.

Maintenance
Periodically wipe the magnetic base clean to remove abrasive particles and suspensions.
It can also be rinsed with water until it is clean; dry the base with clean air or a lint-free
wipe.
Replace the magnetic base if it shows signs of wear, such as deep gouges,
demagnetization, corrosion, nonuniformity due to overuse in one area or loss of
adhesion between the base and platen.
