MJC, mini cartridge dust collector
MJC Mini is a compact reverse-jet tubular-cartridge collector for continuous industrial filtration. The modular range covers 4–40 m² of filter area with integral fan options for light to medium dust volumes in material handling, blasting, welding and powder processes.

Cartridge cleaning
Reverse compressed-air pulses clean tubular cartridges during service. The UniClean cartridge arrangement is designed to improve cleaning coverage and extend filter life under continuous operation.
Mechanical configuration
The housing uses fully welded 2.5 mm steel with weather-resistant construction. Integral fans from 0.75 to 3.0 kW reduce external equipment, while a 4.0 kW higher-pressure option is listed.
A pre-separation chamber and cross-flow/down-flow inlet reduce the direct dust load reaching the cartridges.
Hazard boundary
The range lists options for combustible-dust classes St1, St2 and St3. Application approval still requires dust explosibility data, correctly configured protection devices and verification of the complete installed system.
