Wet deburring machine WEBER NLC | Hans WEBER Maschinenfabrik GmbH
WEBER NLC is a configurable wet sanding machine for laser-cut, punched and nibbled parts. Up to five stations can combine deburring, edge rounding, descaling and surface finishing, especially where heat-sensitive material or oily surfaces make dry processing difficult.

Why wet processing
The wet circuit is intended for materials sensitive to process heat, sheets with oily surfaces and applications requiring controlled temperature or demanding surface quality.
Fluid cleaning equipment supports reuse of the sanding liquid and is designed for direct cleaning and maintenance access.
Configurable station train
Up to five stations can be arranged to combine stock removal, edge treatment and finish generation. The selected sequence depends on burr condition, part material, edge target and surface specification.
Available tool systems
Rubber-coated contact rollers handle rough grinding, fused laser spatter and surface finishing. P6 planetary heads use six brushes per carrier with electric height positioning, while oscillating brush rollers support longitudinal sanding and surface-structure control.
Process control
Station positioning can be adjusted through the machine control, including during operation where supported. Abrasive, fluid chemistry, filtration and feed settings must be coordinated so wet processing controls heat without compromising the required finish.
