Application profile
TNA is intended for fineblanked parts that need burr removal, edge rounding or secondary-burr treatment. It may also be installed after surface grinding as a dedicated edge-processing step.
Planetary processing
The double-row P6 arrangement carries six brushes per tool carrier. Electric height control permits activation, positioning and readjustment through the machine control during operation.
The 300 mm working width can be equipped with one or two planetary heads according to the required coverage and throughput.
Wet circuit and footprint
The filter system is integrated into the machine frame, so a separate external filter unit is not required for the standard concept. Wet processing and filtration are contained in a compact package.
Automation and wear compensation
Processing parameters can be stored in the control system, reducing repeated manual setup. Automatic planetary-head adjustment compensates for tool wear to support consistent results in multi-shift production.
