Wood sanding machine WEBER KSN | Hans WEBER Maschinenfabrik GmbH
WEBER KSN is a versatile automatic sanding series for trade and industrial wood, veneer and lacquer finishing. Up to four freely ordered stations and two working-width choices allow calibration, sensitive finish sanding, cross sanding, planetary treatment and brushing in one line.

Modular station order
KSN accepts up to four stations that can be placed in the sequence required by the process. This allows a line to start with calibration and progress through pressure-beam, cross-belt or brush finishing without a fixed universal order.
Stock removal and sensitive finishing
Contact rollers perform calibration and pre-sanding. Cushion and combination units distribute pressure for sensitive veneer or lacquer surfaces, while the CBF system combines controlled removal with a fine final surface.
Surface-direction control
A 15 kW cross-belt sands perpendicular to the grain to reduce longitudinal sanding traces. P2 planetary and oscillating brush options provide multidirectional treatment, edge work, texturing or dust removal.
Setup priorities
Station pressure, abrasive grit sequence and belt direction must be matched to substrate thickness, veneer allowance and coating condition. Extraction and part detection are especially important when segmented pressure beams are fitted.
