Cleaning Sets High Vacuum
High-vacuum cleaning sets combine floor nozzles, wands, hand nozzles and bulk nozzles around defined hose and coupling diameters. The family spans 38, 40, 51, 63 and 76 mm interfaces so the cleaning head can be matched to fine floor dust, local pickup or bulk-material recovery.

Floor-cleaning systems
The documented floor-cleaning options include a 38 mm system connected through an F40-type coupling and a 51 mm system connected through an SF51 coupling.
The coupling type and internal diameter should match the installed high-vacuum network to avoid leakage and unnecessary pressure loss.
Hand-nozzle options
Hand nozzles are listed in 40 mm format and with the SF51 interface. These smaller tools support local cleaning around equipment, benches and restricted areas.
Select nozzle geometry around access, collected material and the risk of blocking the hose.
Bulk-material nozzles
Bulk nozzles are documented in 63 and 76 mm diameters. The larger passage supports recovery of higher-volume material and coarser particles where the vacuum source has sufficient airflow.
Hose, separator and collection container capacity must be checked for the expected bulk load.
System compatibility and safety
Nozzle diameter alone does not establish compatibility; confirm coupling family, hose construction, static-control requirements and the collector's approved material class.
For combustible or hazardous dust, every component must remain within the engineered system classification and site risk assessment.
