RUPES D-A MEDIUM Wool Polishing Pad · 9.NW M Series Guide
The D-A MEDIUM 9.NW M family is a yellow-backed wool polishing-pad range for dual-action machines and moderate-defect correction. All three diameters use a uniform 15 mm wool-fibre length, with machine compatibility defined separately for the 80, 130 and 160 mm variants.

Selection and operating checks
- Select the diameter listed for the polisher and backing-plate system; do not infer interchangeability from nominal tool size alone.
- Centre the pad on the backing plate before starting and verify full hook engagement.
- Prime the wool evenly, then use a test section to confirm correction and finish.
- Clean spent residue from the fibres between sections and replace a pad with damaged foam or backing.
