DS single-axis format
The DS arrangement rotates a fixture through a fixed blast-stream exposure. It is suited to round or symmetrical parts such as turbine discs and flywheels.
Rotation provides repeatable circumferential exposure while the fixture preserves orientation.
DV multi-axis format
The DV arrangement adds horizontal and vertical movement for full three-dimensional coverage. It addresses components with multiple faces, undercuts or angled features that a single rotary axis cannot expose.
Motion programming allows controlled treatment without free tumbling.
