Configuration and scale-up
The platform uses standardized modules so a lower-volume installation can be expanded as production needs increase. Selection is application-led: part geometry, loading method, production volume and required blast coverage determine the machine arrangement.
- Satellite turntable systems for light through heavy parts
- Turntable configurations for varied loading and part mass
- Frame machines with two to four frames
- Internal-cleaning arrangements for cavities in cast components
Blast-process control
Automatic controls regulate air pressure, abrasive flow and nozzle operation. PLC coordination keeps the blast variables under controlled settings rather than relying on manual adjustment alone.
Recovered media passes through air-wash and sieving stages so the returning mix is conditioned before reuse in the process.
Wear and maintenance design
Nozzle manipulators are mounted at roof level and many components are positioned outside the direct blast zone to reduce exposure to abrasive wear.
Components are serviceable from ground or roof level, and the cabinet provides access for maintenance work rather than forcing repairs through small openings.
Safety and production use
Multiple HMI locations allow operation or shutdown from different working positions. A dead-man function is provided for controlled maintenance activity.
The platform is intended for high-volume industrial operation and has been applied in automotive and aerospace production. Final guarding, media, extraction and operating settings remain configuration-specific.
