Simply place the sample on the glass surface and the built-in digital camera and a motorized autofocus zoom lens will give maximum flexibility in selecting a perfect field of view for all measurements.

Optimized for standard industrial welding applications such as MIG and MAG, the StructureExpert Weld-6 delivers reliable and accurate inspection results.
It offers a versatile field of view ranging from 82 mm to 1.8 mm (~3.2" to ~0.07"), corresponding to a magnification range of 2.5x to 120x, with measurement accuracy down to 1 μm. The system features a compact design with integrated LED illumination, a Full HD 1080P digital camera with motorized zoom and autofocus, and powerful, dedicated software for precise measurement and streamlined reporting.
StructureExpert Weld-12
Designed specifically for high-precision inspection of laser welds and small seam measurements, the StructureExpert Weld-12 is ideal for laser and electron beam welding applications.
It provides a high-resolution field of view from 7.7 mm to 0.71 mm, with a magnification range of 20x to 240x and measurement accuracy reaching 0.34 μm. Housed in a compact unit, it includes integrated LED lighting, a 3.3 MP digital camera with motorized zoom, and specialized software for accurate measurements and report generation. Optional coaxial illumination is available for enhanced image clarity in complex weld inspections.
