Compact production role
KSE is intended for smaller workshops and production cells that need automatic, repeatable sanding without the footprint of a large multi-station line. DM and CM variants provide defined starting configurations.
The 3–200 mm workpiece range spans thin panels through thick timber components, subject to the selected setup.
Calibration and finishing
Steel or rubber contact rollers support calibration, pre-sanding and fine sanding. The combination station pairs a contact roller with a sanding beam so stock removal and sensitive finishing can occur in sequence.
Cross-grain and multidirectional options
The optional 15 kW cross-belt station sands across the wood grain to reduce visible longitudinal marks before staining or coating. A P2 planetary head can provide multidirectional surface treatment and edge rounding.
Selection boundary
The 16 configurations do not share every unit or power value. Workpiece material, calibration allowance, finish system, required grain direction and dust extraction determine the installed station set and abrasive sequence.
