Wood sanding machine WEBER KSF | Hans WEBER Maschinenfabrik GmbH
WEBER KSF is a high-capacity modular sanding platform for continuous industrial processing of wood, veneer and lacquered panels. Up to eight stations can combine planing, calibration, cross sanding, CBF finishing, planetary processing and brushing.

Industrial process chain
Up to eight stations support a long, application-specific sequence. A heavy-removal or planing stage can be followed by calibration, cross sanding, pressure-beam finishing and surface brushing within one machine platform.
Planing and calibration
The optional planing unit uses 180 or 240 mm shafts with individually replaceable cutters for high removal rates. Contact rollers then provide dimensional calibration or controlled pre-sanding before fine stages.
Fine-surface technologies
The CBF combination unit interrupts continuous abrasive contact to reduce oscillation marks while maintaining dimensional control. Cross-belt, P2 planetary and brush modules add grain-direction control, edge treatment, texturing and final cleaning.
Configuration boundary
Power figures are maximums for particular series arrangements, not a specification for every KSF. Feed rate, removal allowance, number of stations and dust load must be engineered together for continuous or multi-shift duty.
