MCP-12S-APT Air Purification Tower
MCP-12S-APT is a self-contained cartridge-filter tower for ambient factory-air cleaning where local source capture is impractical or insufficient. Twelve nanofiber cartridges, 60 adjustable discharge nozzles and integrated fan and cleaning controls support stand-alone or networked operation.

Ambient-air cleaning role
The tower recirculates and filters room air in large-part welding areas, workshops with cranes or obstructions, and spaces where overhead ducts or local pickup cannot provide complete coverage.
It can operate as one unit or as several coordinated units selected around workshop volume and airflow pattern.
Air distribution
Low and High configurations use 60 adjustable nozzles. The High version adds a clean-air return header that rotates through 360 degrees and extends vertically so the discharge pattern can be aimed around complex layouts.
Filtration and controls
Twelve fire-retardant nanofiber cartridges provide 158 m² of filter area. The integrated controller runs the fan and cleaning cycle, displays device condition and accepts remote start/stop signals and timers; VFD airflow control is available by configuration.
Installation and service
The unit is delivered in three pre-mounted, pre-wired sections. Vital components are accessible from one side, and the 50 L wheeled bin extends dust-removal intervals. Ambient recirculation suitability must still be checked against contaminant and local ventilation requirements.
