Large-format architecture
KSV provides six width choices for panel and workpiece formats beyond compact production machines. A separate internal upper frame allows processing from above and below within the selected machine layout.
Heavy removal and calibration
A planing unit with 180 or 240 mm shaft options can pre-machine solid wood and panel material at high removal rates. Contact rollers provide calibration and pre-sanding before pressure-beam or combination finishing.
Finish modules
Cushion, combination and CBF units address sensitive or high-quality faces. Cross-belt, planetary and brushing stations manage grain direction, edge finish, texture and final cleaning.
Line integration
The broad width and station range makes KSV configuration-specific. Part support, extraction volume, available motor power, abrasive belt dimensions and upper/lower datum strategy must be confirmed for the installed arrangement.
